By accessing or using the AE Peptides website (aepeptides.ae) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

All products sold by AE Peptides are strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. They are NOT approved by any regulatory authority (including the UAE Ministry of Health, FDA, or EMA) for use in humans or animals. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified research professional using the products solely for legitimate scientific research.

All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham) and are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AED bank transfer, and Tabby buy-now-pay-later. Full payment is required before dispatch. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Card details are never stored on our servers.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (Sunday–Thursday) on the same business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Due to cold-chain and research-grade requirements, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns will receive a full replacement or refund including return shipping. Products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly are non-returnable.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of AE Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

AE Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Products are sold as-is for research purposes only.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
