How to Initiate a Return

Provide Photographic Evidence
Attach clear photographs of the damaged, incorrect, or defective item and its packaging. This helps us process your claim immediately.
Receive Your Resolution
Once assessed, we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you. We cover return shipping for approved claims.
Replacement Dispatched
Approved replacements are dispatched same-day if confirmed before 2:00 PM GST. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Eligible for Return
We accept returns for: products that arrive visibly damaged (broken vial, compromised seal, damaged packaging); incorrect items sent (wrong compound, wrong dose); defective products (visible contamination, unusual appearance upon opening in a sterile environment). Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to cold-chain, sterility, and research-grade requirements, the following cannot be returned: products that have been opened and used; products stored incorrectly after receipt (e.g. not stored at -20°C); products returned without prior written authorisation from AE Peptides; products where the 48-hour notification window has passed; products purchased in error (wrong compound, wrong dose — please review your order carefully before purchase).
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. For orders paid by bank transfer, refunds are made to the account from which payment was received. Tabby instalment plan refunds are processed according to Tabby's terms. VAT paid on returned items is included in the refund amount.
Replacements
Where stock is available, we prefer to dispatch a replacement rather than process a refund. Replacements are treated as priority orders and dispatched same-day if approved before 2:00 PM GST. Each replacement ships with a new Certificate of Analysis confirming purity and identity.
Return Shipping
For approved returns, AE Peptides covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a courier collection. Do not return products without receiving prior written authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about compound purity, identity, or performance in your research (not related to physical damage), please contact our scientific support team at info@aepeptides.ae. We take quality concerns extremely seriously and will investigate with our testing laboratory partners if required.
