*Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends (Friday–Saturday in UAE) and UAE public holidays.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) on Sunday through Thursday are dispatched the same business day from our Abu Dhabi facility. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Friday, Saturday, or UAE public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Cold Chain Packaging
All peptide compounds are lyophilised (freeze-dried) and dispatched in validated temperature-controlled packaging. Our cold-pack insulated boxes maintain 2–8°C for up to 48 hours, ensuring compound integrity throughout the delivery process. Packages are discreetly labelled with no product information visible on the exterior.
GCC & International Shipping
We ship to all GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. International shipping is available worldwide. Customers outside the UAE are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their country. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Use this number on the carrier's website for real-time tracking updates. For urgent tracking enquiries, WhatsApp us at +971503355261 during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM GST) and we will provide an immediate update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aepeptides.ae. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us within 5 business days. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Storage Upon Receipt
Upon receipt, store lyophilised peptides at -20°C in a desiccated, dark environment. They remain stable at 4°C (refrigerator) for several weeks. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2°C to 8°C and use within 28 days. Always protect from light and moisture. Refer to the CoA included with your order for compound-specific instructions.
