Are these products for human consumption?
No. All products are strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition.
What does "research use only" mean?
Our compounds are intended solely for scientific and laboratory research. They have not been approved by any regulatory authority for clinical or therapeutic use in humans or animals.
What purity levels can I expect?
All compounds are manufactured to achieve ≥99% purity, verified by HPLC analysis. The average purity across our catalogue is 99.3%+.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C in a desiccated environment away from light. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 28-30 days.
📋 Lab Reports & Quality
Do you provide lab testing certificates?
Yes. Every product includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an accredited independent third-party laboratory. CoAs are available to download on our Lab Reports page.
What testing is performed on each batch?
Each batch undergoes HPLC purity testing and mass spectrometry identity confirmation. Results are independently verified by an external ISO 17025 accredited laboratory before shipping.
What accreditation does your testing lab hold?
Our testing partners hold ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation — the international standard for testing and calibration laboratories.
📦 Ordering & Shipping
What are your shipping times?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery within the UAE takes 1–3 business days. Express options and international shipping are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on destination. Import regulations and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your free shipping threshold?
Orders over AED 500 qualify for free standard shipping within the UAE.
How are compounds packaged for shipping?
All peptides ship in temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs to maintain stability during transit. Orders are discreetly packaged with no product description on the exterior.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, direct bank transfer (AED), and Tabby buy-now-pay-later. All payments are processed via SSL-encrypted secure gateways.
Is Tabby available for all orders?
Tabby buy-now-pay-later is available for orders within the UAE and certain GCC countries. Split your payment into 4 instalments with no interest.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices displayed are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%), which is added at checkout. A full VAT invoice is included with every order.

How do I reconstitute my peptide?
Each order includes a reconstitution guide. Typically, you add bacteriostatic water (BAC Water) in a sterile environment using a clean syringe. Gently swirl until dissolved. Do not shake. Store at 4°C and use within 28 days.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain requirements, we can only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
